About Metric AS
Metric AS was established in Norway in 1967, as a company trading with professional electronics. Today we are part of the Nordic Coromatic Group, consisting of companies in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, with a total of 140 employees. The group is the largest in the Nordic countries engaged in physical it-security and uninterruptible power supplies. Majority owner is the Swedish private equity company Litorina AB.
Metric AS has the following business areas:
UPS division is supplying AC UPS-systems from small pluggable for PC's, to large 3 phase systems up to 4000kVA. We take care of projecting, installation, service and maintenance of all our systems. The customers are all business in need for uninterruptible power for mission critical IT, telecom and electronic equipment. Most of the sales are through resellers and distributors all over the country.
Power division delivers a full range of power supplies, chargers, dc/dc converters and inverters for a.o. electro technical industry, power plants and offshore businesses. The range covers small PSU's to larger stand-alone systems.
Coromatic division is projecting and building complete computer-room solutions including climate, cooling, electrical installations, emergency power, floors, fire protection and alarms. Coromatic offers a concept for the physical protection of information, hardware and systems, providing guaranteed availability.
Technical division takes care of service, warranty repair and preventive maintenance. They are also responsible for installation and commissioning of larger systems. In addition they deal with support, product development and adaptations.
Division Batterisenteret provides and assembles battery solutions to professional customers within different areas.

Metric has gained a high reputation among our customers because of competence, fast deliveries, availability and competitive quality products.
